What equipment is needed to access high-definition programming?

If you want DIRECTV HD programming for your business, you'll need HD Access, a DIRECTV Slimline Dish, an HD receiver, and HD television equipment are required.

How do I get DIRECTV installed at my business?

A DIRECTV contractor will install your DIRECTV® Multi-Satellite System outdoor unit (basic installation includes two dishes). The contractor will also provide you with two receivers and two remotes. If your needs require additional equipment or complex/custom installation, it is available at an additional cost.

Does my business package include access to specialty sports programs?

Yes. Base programming packages include access to many DIRECTV-exclusive sports packages including NFL SUNDAY TICKET, as well as sports subscriptions like MLB EXTRA INNINGS®, MLS Direct Kick™, NBA LEAGUE PASS and more. You'll even find sports programming to cover everything from boxing to international soccer.

Are local channels still available when I order DIRECTV?

DIRECTV includes local channels wherever available, based on your service address. Some packages do not include local channels. You can also purchase a separate Local Channels package if it's available, based on your service address.
