Pause and Rewind Live TV

If you want to re-watch something you just saw on TV — just pause and rewind. With DIRECTV’s HD DVR, you can rewind live HD TV for up to 90 minutes. Control what you watch and how you watch it — from backing up, to slowing down, to instant replays.

Never Miss an Episode

With the Series Link ™, you can record every episode of your favorite show, even if the day or time changes. It’s great to use right before the season premiere starts, so you can record the entire season without worrying about when the show will actually air.

View the Most in HD

Get high definition (mpeg-2, mpeg-4) and standard definition (mpeg-2) enabled so you can view the best in both HD and SD programming. You can record and save up to 100 to 200 hours of HD programming. Or, record 400 hours of SD programming instead.

Find Your Favorite Shows

The TV Guide lists hundreds of channels, and that sometimes makes it hard to find your favorite shows in the list. Use DIRECTV’s "Find By" feature so you can easily locate a program by title, actor, keyword or channel.
