Wondering if you can enjoy great satellite TV service from DIRECTV in your apartment: yes, you can! Residents in condos or apartments are eligible for DIRECTV service. Your DIRECTV satellite dish could be mounted to your roof, private patio, or balcony— as long as you have a clear view of the southern sky.
Get permission
If you live in an apartment or condo, you will need to get written permission from your landlord, property manager, or Homeowner Association (HOA) for a DIRECTV installation. Also, if you rent a house, you will need to obtain permission. Why do you need to get permission? Your DIRECTV system installation may require structural modifications that may be limited or restricted by the terms of your lease or rental agreement. To avoid delays in your installation, get permission prior to scheduling your installation appointment.
